Steps to Apply for Saint Mary’s School Financial Aid

FACTS Grant and Aid (financial aid) applications are now open for the school year
2023-2024. Go to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3SGW3

Please log in/create your FACTS account to apply, and select Grant and Aid.

The deadline to apply is February 17, 2026. Supporting documentation must be
uploaded as soon as possible after applying. You can complete the application before the deadline, but you will still be able to upload any supporting documents you may receive after the application is submitted. Uploading the supporting documents is helpful in speeding up the process.
 

What you'll need:
 

• 2021 or 2022 Tax Returns (e.g. 1040) and any schedules (supplemental tax
  forms) such as schedules 1-5, C, E, F.
• If you are using your 2024 tax return, you'll need the W2's for 2025 and any
  schedules.
• If you are using your 2025 tax return (when completed), and any schedules.

• If you have a business, you will need your personal tax return and any schedules such as Schedule K-1 (1065 or 1120S), or Forms.

  If you need assistance uploading your tax return documents, please consult the business office, and we can assist you with that process.
   

  Please monitor emails from FACTS as they may request additional documentation or advise of documents that might be missing. The business office (Mrs. Acosta) will also reach out to you to remind you of missing items from your application. It’s important that you respond quickly to these requests in order to speed up the whole process.
